RETURN POLICY

You have the possibility to return articles within two weeks after we shipped it. You can either take the credit to buy something else at punkorder.com or we'll refund the money after receiving it. This is only possible if the following criteria is satisfied:

- Before sending something back you have to inform us in written form (email or letter)
- The item has to be in the same good order and condition as we delivered it
- You'll have to bear the arising shipping costs yourself
- Clothing mustn't been washed or worn! Don't remove attached tags
- To check if shoes fit only wear them once and on clean carpeting
- Don't tape the shoe box - it must also be in good condition
- We won't take freight forward sent parcels

DAMAGED GOODS
Please note that in any case you should check the packet when receiving it! Externally damaged packets are to be objected at the driver! If you take an obviously damaged packet we can't refund any of the goods!
Corrupt or scarce articles sure can be returned and we'll incur the arising shipping costs if you regard the following:

- Before sending something back you have to inform us
- We must accept the reason for objection
- We won't take freight forward sent packets
