| Termination |
Exchange or return of unused products in their original packing is possible without stating reasons within 14 days. Please contact us prior to the exchange.
Credits arising out of returned products will be balanced at once. You will get your money back. If the order value is below 40 euros, postage has to be paid by the costumer. In this case, please do not ship your returns freight forward (i.e.: postage has to be paid by the recipient). Such parcels will not be accepted by our delivery service and will be returned at your expense.
Sealed products (Books, Videos etc.) can only be returned if still sealed. Clothes must not be worn or washed. |
