Your new favourite band! These four likeable guys from berlin and hamburg started the band in the end of 2006 as kind of a side project. If it wouldn't sound disgusting you could call Solemn League a super group, cause these guys used to or still play in Kurhaus, Just Went Black and Escapado. There influences are widespread: 80s Postpunk, Discords-D.C. Sound, some 90s Emo, American Indie-Noise-Rock,... Sometimes they could remind you on Sonic Youth or the Wipers. The godfather for the songs on these records could probably be The Van Pelt. But at the end its allways Solemn League as you will hear and hopefully see.
